Approach
While each Engagement and Deliverable is based on customer needs our general approach begins with needs analysis, scoping sessions, document requests, and interviews with key personnel to understand system architecture, processes, and compliance posture.
We then perform targeted technical evaluations aligned with specific NERC standards and CMEP priorities. For example, verifying electronic access pathways, reviewing software integrity processes, evaluating physical security implementation, validating modeling and data inputs, or assessing facility ratings programs.
