Key Responsibilities

• Understands Outage Management (OMS) operability, system technology and technology
  
• Can develop industry leading business and operational practices surrounding OMS and its interfaces/systems.
  
• Has experience with OMS, planned work, mobility, CIS and GIS
  
• Able to define and develop functional and technical requirements based on users’ business needs
  
• Identify client challenges and business opportunities, effectively communicating insights to management.
  
• Maintain a proactive approach to customer needs, welcoming new challenges and sharing innovative solutions.

Required QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a relevant technical field.
  
• Prior experience with the operation or conducting the development, configuration and deployment of an OMS platform.
  
• A minimum of 5 years deploying OMS platforms for a product vendor, or utility’s IT/OT organization or have a minimum of 5 years with a utility’s operations organization operating an OMS.-

• Strong communication skills including technical writing and presentations.

• Real Time System Vendor product certifications.

Systems & Skills

• Ability to fluently speak multiple languages is a plus (Spanish preferred)
